BELCO provided design drawings, construction documents, permits, labor, materials, equipment, and project management to renovate an existing 4,258 square foot office space and an 87,884 square feet of warehouse space to serve as an office and machine shop for CFP. The electrical installation included a new 800amp 277/480 volt 3phase 4wire main service, four panels, one transformer, warehouse receptacles, data cables, lighting circuits, equipment circuits, new warehouse lighting, lighting controls, exterior lighting, general purpose receptacles, HVAC and Air Compressor Power, coordinated demo and relocation of existing machine equipment.
