Nine paid holidays per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and day after, Christmas day)

Paid Holidays
Vacation time is an annually renewable benefit based on the profitability and performance of the company. All full-time employees are eligible to receive vacation time for that term. The amount of vacation time you will receive is based on how long you have been with the company.

Vacation Time (calculated at 40 hours/week)
Health and life insurance (50k coverage) are included in Belco’s insurance program. The basic health insurance plan is covered in full by Belco, while other plan options have fees dedicated from weekly paychecks. Dental and vision are available as supplemental insurance.
Eligibility: All full-time team members are eligible 60 days after their start date. This benefit renews every April.
